Yes, if your order is less than 200 EUR (or 175 EUR for the UK), you will need to pay a delivery fee. Reima's shipping fee for selected countries in the EU is €19,90.

For non-EU countries, Reima delivers packages with UPS Express Service within 3-10 working days after you have placed your order. The parcel will be delivered duty unpaid.

Reima accepts card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Business Eurocard) and PayPal. All payments are charged in Euro currency.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus possible shipping, handling or other charges. Reima will process your return as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days after they have received it at the warehouse.
